Provide sales support, training, expertise, leadership, and accountability for the sales department
Be physically with your team 50% of the time (ride-along, train, coach)
Create and submit annual sales and staffing budget for approval.
Create and maintain retail price book
Create and maintain retail sales process
Calculate and submit commissions
Schedule and perform 1 on 1 meetings with your direct reports (ride a-long’s count as a 1 on 1)
Schedule and perform quarterly meetings with your direct reports
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
Responsible for the over-all achievement of departmental sales and gross margin dollars budget
