Senior Plumbing Service Manager

• Manage departmental billings and accounts receivable to acceptable levels
• Monitor customer property loss and company equipment damage 
• Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency and safety in all aspects of the division 
• Maintain a constant line of communication daily with your team – developing, mentoring, coaching, supporting, and leading them to personal and professional success 
• Responsible for revenue and gross profit for plumbing service division

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven track record of employee retention
• Customer Service Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (home services industry is a plus)   
• Proven track record in meeting KPI targets in a growing organization 
• Experience following budget and financial plan for your department including forecasting

Parking: Please park at one of our two buildings. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line behind the skating rink. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building, and they will guide you on where to park.

 

Plan to be here around an hour and a half and up to 2 hours. We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with our HR Team.
